My name is Jacqui (pronounced like “Jackie,” just spelled uniquely). Among other things, I’m a perennial student of life, an amateur photographer, an enthusiastic foodie, and a crunchy mama. I live in the suburbs of Mississippi’s capital city with my husband, our infant son, my mother-in-law, two cats, and two dogs. I’m an attorney by day, but my many hobbies and interests help me in the eternal quest of every legal professional to attain something resembling work-life balance.
Once upon a time, before I stumbled into a profession which requires analytical thinking and prosaic writing, I used to write creatively. Here, for posterity, I’m sharing those writings that seem worth preserving.
And who knows, maybe someday I’ll once again write for expression rather than persuasion, in which case this corner of the interwebs will be updated to feature any new writings.
